Former Skid Row singer Sebastian Bach recently reflected on his tenure with the band, expressing a sense of unfulfilled potential and contemplating the prospect of a reunion.

In an interview with Metal Hammer magazine, Bach acknowledged feeling like he had just scratched the surface recording three albums with Skid Row, rather than reaching his full potential.

“For me, doing three albums with Skid Row, I was just getting started,” he said. “I didn’t think it would be over and done with so quick.”

When asked about the likelihood of a reunion with his former bandmates, Bach remained open to the idea.

“I can definitely see that happening considering they play the same songs I play,” he said. “When I get a substantial royalty check for an album I did with musicians that I haven’t been in the same room with since 1996, I feel like a piece of sh*t. Because we should be giving something back to the fans that have made this great life possible.”

Meanwhile, Skid Row recently announced Lzzy Hale is set to replace Erik Gronwall as lead singer at the band’s upcoming shows.

The rock band and the Swedish singer announced in a joint statement that Gronwall will step down as the vocalist for Skid Row while he focuses on his health.

Longtime friend and Halestorm frontwoman Lzzy Hale will be taking over vocal duties for four upcoming concerts.

Hale will be performing in place of Gronwall in concerts scheduled to be held in Carterville, Illinois, on May 17; in Riverside, Iowa, on May 18; in Reno, Nevada, on May 31; and in Sacramento, California, on June 1.
